This was definitely one of the loudest photo sessions I have every done and maybe even one of the funnest. What started out as a plan to take photos at a farm, transformed into a rockstar party. It all started when we were talking outfits. Plaid shirts, boots, etc….it was going to be so much fun. And then…..Mom couldn’t resist showing me an outfit that her daughter received as a gift. From the moment that I lay eyes on the outfit, the creative juices went into overdrive. I casually mentioned that I have a disco ball and her eyes lit up. It was at that moment that I knew we had something here. So with electric guitar in hand, we put the rural farm scene idea to bed, and went ROCKSTAR.

Back to black. Nature inspired me to create some new work. Going back to black to make the colours pop, I worked with an amazing seamstress to create this skirt intended to resemble leaves.
