New Perspective

This week I met with some really great people: a gallery curator, an agency publisher and a fine art painter. Each graciously shared with me their insight about the art world. Following the meetings, I reviewed my notes, gathered my thoughts and digested all the information that was provided to me. With this new set of eyes, I have been looking at some of my archives and finding some real gems. Images that at the time were not what I was seeking, but with new perspective I see them in a whole new light.

Back to black. Nature inspired me to create some new work. Going back to black to make the colours pop, I worked with an amazing seamstress to create this skirt intended to resemble leaves.
