Kristine and Dexter – Toronto Maternity Session

I met Kristine and Dexter last Saturday morning. Two days after our first heat wave of 2012. Thank goodness the weather cooperated for us. It was a beautiful morning in Toronto. I love Toronto. There is a great mix of urban hustle and bustle amongst tranquil parks. Dexter and Kristine were so much fun to work with. They are super excited to welcome their first child next month. Thank you so much for trusting me to capture such an exciting time in your lives. xo

Back to black. Nature inspired me to create some new work. Going back to black to make the colours pop, I worked with an amazing seamstress to create this skirt intended to resemble leaves.
