Emotional Baggage

Emotional baggage….everyone has it in some form or other. We carry it with us wherever we go. What better way to illustrate this idea than literally, as pieces of luggage. I came up with the concept, rented as many suitcases as I could fit into my car and asked my very good friend Lori to help me with the logistics which involved many sleepless nights of thinking and rethinking about location, shooting the entire concept and then scrapping it because it “just wasn’t right”, many more sleepless nights of brainstorming, location scouting and finally waking before dawn, setting up the leaning tower of luggage on very little light and then patiently waiting for the perfect light…just as the was rising.
